ABOUT Custom Chocolate LLC

Custom Chocolate has been producing custom molded chocolate and related products since 1982. Over time, the company has developed a tremendous amount of expertise in producing custom molded and imprinted chocolate products and handmade chocolate specialties for the Promotional Products Industry. We currently have over 1,500 custom chocolate molds in our library to cover all types of end-users and promotional applications. This is perhaps the largest library of stock chocolate molds in the Promotional Industry.

Custom Chocolate operated as part of Custom HBC from August, 2009 to April 2012 when it was spun off as a separate company. Custom Chocolate then operated as an independent company from 2012 to April 2025. Custom Chocolate now operates as an independent company, powered by Chocomandu LLC.

Unlike many chocolate promotional suppliers, who are merely re-packagers, the company produces virtually all of its chocolate products in its own manufacturing facility. We produce any of our stock shapes in premium quality flavors: milk chocolate (34% cocoa content), dark chocolate (50% cocoa content), and white chocolate. Higher minimums may apply on these flavors. All products are handmade in the chocolate artisan tradition.

Our chocolate products can be custom decorated in two ways:

Custom embossing the molded chocolate piece itself, and/or
Printing and applying a 4-color process digital label to the foil wrap or cello bag packaging. For custom embossed chocolates, a custom mold is required. These can be made in any size and shape to include your custom logo and/or message. Custom mold costs depend on the size and complexity of the piece and the quantity to be produced. Custom molds normally take about 2 weeks to produce from receipt of final art approval.

We have developed numerous Chocolate Theme Kits which combine various chocolate shapes into a kit suitable for a particular end user type or promotional application. Some popular examples include a Ground Breaking Kit, a Bright Ideas Kit, a Building Success Kit, a Chocolate Cosmetic Kit and an American Pride Kit.

We also make a variety of chocolate specialty products including handmade chocolate sea salt caramels, caramel nut clusters, and various kinds of pretzels. These are generally packaged in clear cello bags with a custom imprinted label.
